About Megan
I've spent 12+ years in hospitality and operations, and honestly, the thing I love most about this work is that no two days — or clients — are ever the same.
My career has taken me through a lot of different roles, environments, and challenges. From managing a brewery to working dive boats to organizing events across Santa Barbara, I've had the chance to experience nearly every corner of what this Central Coast has to offer. And I’ve loved every minute of it!
What I've learned along the way is that the best solution is almost never universal. It's the one that fits how you actually work: your team, your pace, your reality. That's how I approach every client. I'm here to understand your operation from the inside out, find where the friction lives, and help you build something that works — and actually feels good to run.

What I Bring
To Every Engagement
My Approach
◎
My Approach ◎
⬡
Multi-Project Capacity
I thrive running parallel workstreams. Multiple clients, competing priorities, moving pieces — I stay deeply engaged across all of it without losing clarity or momentum on any one thing.
◎
Perpetual Curiosity
Every challenge is something to genuinely learn from. New industries, new problems, new methods — I lean in, not away. The variety is the point.
◈
Style Adaptability
Understanding how someone works, their pace, their preferences, their comfort, has always been a priority. I adapt to the person, not just the task. Plus to get to learn by learning other peoples process.
⟳
360° Problem Solving
I look at problems from every direction before landing on a solution, because the right answer depends entirely on context, and context is rarely one-dimensional.
How I Think
About Solutions
↗
Sustainability Over Perfection
The most elegant solution means nothing if it doesn't hold up. I prioritize finding the approach that's genuinely sustainable for the individual, one that fits their thinking, their rhythm, and their real life.
◎
Fresh Eyes, Every Time
I deliberately resist assuming I already know the answer. Every project gets looked at on its own terms, free from the bias of what worked before. That openness is where the best solutions tend to show up.
◈
People First, Process Second
The best process is the one someone will actually follow. Adapting to how a person thinks and works is the whole point. Understanding people deeply is how I build things that last.
Let’s figure out
what works for you.
Every person's situation is different. I'd rather understand yours first — then talk about how I can help.
